Human Resources has created a mandate that ALL Henchmen in the City Of Lost Souls must at least have some* protection against the vile threat known as the Hero. They come through with their lies, fanciful clothing, and good looks, and cheat their way into the lives of many a Henchman and often terminate their hardworking and very friendly employer.

These assassins must be stopped. No expense has been spared developing new technology to prevent these dastardly men, women, (and sometime unassuming bears – LOOKING AT YOU SUPERTED) from taking away our livelyhood.
